Umrah Visa Requirements

1. Visa application form (completed in block letter), two recent color photographs (4 x 6 cm taken on a white background), stapled  to the  application (ladies preferably in Hijab).
2. Completed Umrah Agreement Form (provided above)
3. A passport that's valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel with 3 or 4 blank pages for each traveler. ( Original & copy ) (a)  those with  multiple  nationalities must apply  on  Canadian passport (b)  Canadian  citizens must  all  have separate  passports  - even children
4. Copy of stamped Immunization Card showing vaccination against Meningitis (one dose of ACYW135 vaccine) for adults.
5. Meningitis and POLIO record for children under 15 years old. Two doses of (A) vaccine (1 to 2 months between each dose for children ages 3-24 months).
6. Ladies and children need proper proof of relationship (marriage certificate for married couples, long birth certificates for children indicating names of both parents). Photo copy only
7. Original  air tickets  to  Jeddah with  confirmed  reservation from/to  Canada.
8. Ladies  & children  must provide proof  of  relationship (send  original proof)  marriage certificate  for  wife, birth certificate for children  indicating  the name  of  both parents ( if  Canadian  born required long  birth  certificate indicating the  name of both  parents)
9. Non  Canadian  applicants must  provide a clear single page photocopy of their Canadian Permanent Resident Card (both sides).
10. International  vaccination certificate meningitis (Meningiencal) must be mentioned code ACYW 135  in  certificate and stamp & signed  by doctor. Only  valid for  3 years  (send original) make  sure  to take your  health  certificate to  Saudi  Arabia
11. For  those who  have  converted to Islam, a certificate of conversion from your  mosque is  required it must  be  an original and  signed by an imam & stamped  by  the mosque.

  IMPORTANT NEW RULES OF UMRAH VISA 

1. Umrah visa valid for one month from the date of issue(must travel/enter Saudi Arabia within one month). The period of stay  In Saudi Arabia will be issued according to package
2. No overstay of purchased Package permitted.  Passenger’s who overstay the package purchased, have a high risk of being charged a penalty in Saudi Arabia and possibility of missing their flight home.   Baggia Travel & Tours Inc. will not be responsible for these penalties. 3. Approvals that come from the Ministry  of  Hajj by website will automatically be cancelled after two weeks from the approval date if visas are not issued within the two weeks      period
4.  Approval charges $125/person non-refundable once approval proceeds.
5. First entry into Saudi Arabia and First Exit out of Saudi Arabia (for Umrah) MUST be from Jeddah (and not Riyadh or Dammam).

HAJJ 2010/1431 VISA REQUIREMENTS

• The following is a list of the required documents you need to prepare. Please provide the original plus one copy of each of the following documents. You can download and print a checklist of these documents to make
  sure you don't forget any.
  
  - A passport that's valid for at least 6 months with 3 or 4 blank pages for each traveler.
  - A completed and signed visa application, original and copy.
  - A completed and signed Hajj terms & condition form
  - A completed and signed Hajj liabilities form
  - 2 passport size photographs (4cm x 6cm) with white background for each traveler (ladies preferably in Hijab). Print your Frist & last name and passport no  back side of your picture
  - A Copy of stamped Immunization Card showing vaccination against Meningitis (one dose of ACYW135 vaccine) for adults.
  - Meningitis and POLIO record for children under 15 years old. Two doses of (A) vaccine (1 to 2 months between each dose for children ages 3-24 months).
  - Ladies and children need proper proof of relationship (marriage certificate for married couples, long birth certificates for children indicating names of both parents).
  - Bring photocopy of money order (keep original with you to take to Saudi Arabia) required By Saudi Government in Saudi Riyal Currency Sar.1029.00 Name of  Unified Agent Office In Jeddah
  - H1N1 Waiver Form Signed By Each Passengers
